May 2025 – I am filled with a profound sense of hope and possibility, even as we face a complex government transition for federal and local agencies that have been working remotely since the onset of the pandemic, which are now required to work in the office five days a week. It is during times of uncertainty that an organization’s true strength shines, and I am excited to lead our team in fostering resilience and innovation.
